Nevis – Anguilla 2026

From 10th March no more operation on 160m. Instead we will work on 80m after change in our Inverted L antenna.

As a reminder: we are planning activity from the Caribbean island of Anguilla from March 3-20, 2026. We will be working primarily on SSB and FT8 modes; perhaps some RTTY, FT4, and CW (we’re hoping Adrian SQ2RAD will be lenient on this).

We are taking several transceivers and amplifiers (around 300-400 W) and a number of antennas, but we’ll see what we can assemble on-site – the QTH is quite small for three stations.

Relevant information, photos, and chat will be posted on this website.

We will focus on Far Eastern stations, but Australia and Europe will also be strongly encouraged. Pile-ups are also welcome!

QSL cards will be sent by the appropriate expedition participants according to their OQRS requests (direct and via the PZK QSL bureau).

Today we received message from Keith VP2EKG that our licenses are waiting for us in Anguilla. Thank you Keith!

It was not easy to find person who could replace Roman SP9FOW. We are lucky to invite Jacek M0PLX to our team. He is well known IOTA activator and keen mobile operator.

Roman slipped on an icy trail and injured his knee. Unfortunately, the doctor says he won’t recover until the expedition.

As usual during our Caribbean activities, we will pay special attention to stations from East Asia, for which the Central American region is difficult due to short propagation windows.

We will try to pass on our experiences from DXpeditions to the upcoming new generation.

One member of our team, Adrian SQ2RAD, is only 18 years old. Despite this, he already has considerable experience in antenna construction, contest work, and fieldwork. Now he will gain experience at a higher level: organizing and working on dxpeditions.

We are coming with new Caribbean adventure from Anguilla.
